Your First Visit
During your first visit, your doctor will listen to your problems and ask you a number of questions. He/she will likely examine you, and review any X-rays or other test results that you have.
Your doctor will give you his/her opinion and recommendations. You may be sent for further tests and be asked to return for follow-up. Based on the results of your test(s) a diagnosis will be made and the appropriate treatment will be explained and offered to you.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
When you come for your first visit, please remember to obtain and bring the following:
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if required)
- Reports, X-rays, MRI's, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
- List of medications (if any)
